Upon arrival to the resort, all clients will be required to: Leave a debit/credit card for any possible incidental charges. Debit/Credit Card will be authorized for a hold of $116.00 USD per room, per day, amount subject to change.
Any unused amount will released after check-out at clients’ banks discretion. Any outstanding incidental charges must be settled in full prior to the client’s departure. If clients do not have a debit/credit card, they will need to pay in cash (USD) for the Mandatory Resort Charge (if applicable), parking charges, Rollaway charges (if applicable) at check in.
Client account will be set up as “cash only” and will not be allowed to make room charges. Any unused funds will be provided in USD at time of check-out.
All guestrooms are non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited anywhere in the guest room, balcony and tower by Hawaii State Law. Failure to observe the no smoking policy will result in fines being added to clients guest room folio.

Camp Penguin Children's Program:
Kids club for children ages 5-12 years old.
Every day is a different adventure! Trained and caring camp counselors will lead the children through fun and educational activities, with a focus on learning about Hawaii. Storytelling, games, music, arts and crafts, hula and lei-making are just some of the activities we have to offer. Participants will learn the "Hawaiian Word of the Day" and take part in exciting off-property excursions, which include visits to the Honolulu Zoo, the Waikiki Aquarium, Bishop Museum, and Children's Discovery Center.
Registration:
Parents can register at the Activities Director's desk, located in the main lobby, at least 24 hours in advance. Choose from either a full or half-day program:
- Full Day: 8am to 3pm, $95 or $110 with excursion
- Half Day: 8am to 12(noon) or 11:30am to 3pm; $80 without excursion (half day not available on excursion days)
